An Ultimate Wine and Culinary Experience
Tuesday, February 14 Starting at 6:00pm
No reservations needed.
Course One:
Roasted Beet Salad sprinkled with Goat Cheese & Hazelnuts,
accompanied by a light Citrus Dressing.
Or
Mixed Greens with Feta, Toasted Pecans & Pears,
accompanied by a Pomegranate Dressing
Course Two:
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin drizzled with a Bing Cherry Sauce.
Or
Portobello Mushroom stuffed wih Broccoli and Polenta,
drizzled with a Blue Cheese Sauce.
Course Three:
Chocolate cherry Brownie Sundae
Or
Lemon Blueberry cake with maple frosting
Choose one selection from each course $35.00
Add Tessora’s wine pairing choice of 3/3oz varietals for $15.00
Courses may also accompany any wine, by the glass, from our menu selections at our regular prices.

February's Wine Dinner Wednesday
Tessora's proudly introduces Savannah Chanelle Vineyards
as our first Wine Dinner Wednesday of the year.
Located in the eastern foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains above Saratoga and the Silicon Valley. The vineyard was renamed Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards in 1996 when the Congress Springs Vineyards were purchased by the Michael Ballard family, naming the vineyard after the family's two daughters. Savannah-Chanelle Vineyards is best known for their Pinot Noir wines produced from both local and estate grapes.
Wednesday, February 22 6:30pm
is the date to remember for this event.
Cost is $50.00 per person
Chef Jen will once again amaze us with her culinary magic as she creates mouthwatering plates that will compliment these amazing wines.
2010 Tondre’s Grapefield Chardonnay
Paired with a Roasted Pineapple Salsa and Pitas.
2008 Russian River Pinot Noir
Paired with Spiced Roast Beet, Spinach and Poppyseed butter Pasta salad
2008 Coast View Syrah
Paired with Balsamic braised Ribs, Parsley Potatoes served with White Cheddar, Pecan and Cabbage Slaw
2007 Estate Cabernet Franc
Paired with Cranberry bread Pudding topped with a warm Nutmeg Cream Cheese Glaze
Savannah Chanelle wines served this evening will be available for purchase at a discounted price for all who attend.

Happy Hour!!
Join us on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Nights from 4pm to 6pm for Tessora's "Happy Hour".
We have 4 fabulous house wines that we serve for $5.00 a glass. We also have a couple of outstanding beers at $4.00.
We have a new "Happy Hour" menu that consists of small plates under $5.00. What an early evening deal. Treat yourself after work to a delicious glass of wine or a beer, bring a friend over and celebrate your own "Happy Hour".
